You can look forward to water gymnastics and back fitness, abs, legs, and glutes training, yoga, bike tours, and stretching. Or you can take part in Nordic walking sessions, Pezzi ball exercises, and strengthening exercises using a Theraband. One thing is certain: Whatever you choose, you’re going to love it!
